SynXGlobal Logistics Advisor Management Board is the operational oversight committee. The board is comprised of tenured individuals from the transportation industry and includes (2) drivers, (1) Director of Transportation, (1) Driver Manager, a Chief Operation Officer, Industry Consultant, and Ownership. The board provides guidance and insight into industry changes and new challenges. Ownership appoints the board and serves 2-year terms.

L.A.M.B Committee establishes equitable relationships with corporations, procurement departments, and The Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU) within each federal agency responsible for overseeing compliance and evaluating contractor performance to assure accountability and compliance with Public Law 100-656.
