Our Story

In December of 2007, Bottom Line Solutions LLC a Wyoming (S) Corporation began to making a name for itself consulting small to mid-size trucking companies. Bottom Line assisted owner-operators in navigating the perilous business of transportation.

In 2017, Bottom Line began focusing on growing these small transportation companies, in an effort to attract new business. Although robust, the company’s understanding of the “business” of transportation was observed in singularity. In early 2020, This short-sighted view of the industry quickly dissipated as the COVID-19 pandemic swept over the world, simultaneously recking havoc on global supply chains.

In 2021, investors acquired 100% control of Bottom Line LLC operations and expanded the service to include management of transportation, warehousing, and 3PL services. The following year, 2022, the Board agreed to a name change. Bottom Line Solutions, now SynXGlobal began investing in high-grade cash-flowing/tax-flowing assets, including industrial service businesses and land investments. SynXGlobal “rolled up” previous clients of Bottom Line in an effort to gain scale and additional resources.
